Terms of Use

Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using Quantum Cube. By creating an account or continuing to use the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Who we are

Quantum Cube is operated by Quantum Neuro Creations (Pty) Ltd, a South African private company (registration number 2019/559151/07), 131 Hornbill Crescent, Montana Gardens, Pretoria, 0182, South Africa.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account and purchase Quantum Cube. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide (name, date of birth, email address) and for keeping your account secure. Your reading is generated from the details you enter — if they are incorrect, the reading will be calculated incorrectly.

4. Payment and access

Quantum Cube is a one-time purchase of $17 USD for lifetime access to your personalised reading. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, who acts as the Merchant of Record. By purchasing, you also agree to Paddle's terms and conditions.

"Lifetime access" means for as long as Quantum Cube operates as a service. We will give reasonable notice if the service is to be discontinued.

5. Refunds

All sales are final. Limited exceptions apply — see our Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials, or allow others to use your account
• Attempt to access areas of the app or database you are not authorised to access
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, copy, or redistribute the content or source of the app
• Use the app for anything unlawful, harassing, or abusive
• Interfere with other users or with the operation of the service

7. Intellectual property

All content in Quantum Cube — including written interpretations, voice narrations, visual design, audio, and software — is the property of Quantum Neuro Creations (Pty) Ltd and its licensors, and is protected by copyright. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to access and enjoy the content. See our Intellectual Property notice for detail.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

Quantum Cube is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties — express or implied — including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability. See our Disclaimer for detail.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quantum Neuro Creations (Pty) Ltd, its directors, employees, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Quantum Cube. Our total liability, where not excluded, is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, initiate unwarranted chargebacks, or engage in fraudulent or abusive behaviour.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to account holders by email. The version in effect on the date of your purchase governs your transaction.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you may have in your country of residence.
